Please note that we operate PC format computers due to the majority of our customers using PC based systems.

We can print from all media (CD, Floppy, Zip or Email) and have a wide range of software that we can open your file with, but please note that if files are opened in the application that they were designed in, there may be circumstances such as fonts and page set up that may print differently than your design.

Some tips

If using Macintosh format please save files for PC use
Where possible convert fonts to curves (paths)
If images do not need any modifying before printing, save them as PDF, TIFs or JPEGs remembering that the quality diminishes with the file size.
Photoshop files raster images and may not produce a clear result when printed.

Bring in a hardcopy of your design, or fax it if you are emailing your file so that we can ensure that we are printing to your requirements.
Make sure to tell us what size and weight paper is to be used and if there is any other important information
Microsoft software sometimes defaults the page size to 'letter size' standard in America our standard is A4. Before starting a document, make sure that the size is correct in paper size.

Keri copy and design can print your files straight from your preferred media storage device or direct from your camera. With the increasing use of digital cameras a printed thumbnail version of your photos can be very convenient to decide which images are worth saving or deleting.		We can print your photos on photographic paper up to size A3 at the shop premises or up to A0 if the file size is sufficient within 2 working days.
